How many contractors per lead?
Each lead can be claimed by up to five contractors. This limited distribution increases your chances of securing the project while providing clients with multiple options.
How do I pay for & access leads?
After selecting a lead, proceed to checkout and complete the payment. Once the payment is made, you will get immediate access to the client's contact information through a download.

Once a lead is on sale, we cannot guarantee that you will secure the job. To maximize your chances, we recommend purchasing leads promptly and contacting customers as soon as possible.
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no additional fees. The lead purchase price is all you pay, enabling you to keep 100% of your earnings from the projects you secure.

A. Yes. When you pay to respond to a lead you’ll get the customer’s phone number and email in a download.
Q. New Leads versus older R25 & R5 on sale leads?
A. When a potential customer shows interest in your services, reaching out to them promptly is crucial. The likelihood of securing an appointment decreases significantly as time passes. Here's how your chances diminish over time:
- Within 5 minutes: Contacting a lead within the first five minutes increases your chances of qualifying them by up to 100 times compared to waiting 30 minutes.
- Within 30 minutes: If you reach out within half an hour, your chances are still good, but they drop significantly compared to the first five minutes.
- After 1 hour: Waiting more than an hour reduces your likelihood of qualifying the lead by over 10 times.
- After 24 hours: Delaying contact for a full day further diminishes your chances, as the lead's interest may have waned or they may have engaged with a competitor.
- After 5 days: By this time, the probability of securing an appointment is very low, as the lead has likely moved on or lost interest.

Q. Can I get a refund on sale leads?
A: R5 leads are older than 7 days and are offered at a significantly reduced rate due to the time lapse. As such, we offer no guarantees on these leads. It's up to you to follow up and make it work. What we do guarantee is that no more than 5 contractors from our panel will have purchased the same lead. The sooner you act, the better your chances of securing the job.
